Ever curious to see how Gordon and Ann Getty live?  On sfluxe.com, there are photographs taken from a recent event for UCSF Cancer Center held at the Getty house.  This one was my favorite.  Gold is dripping off of everything and that little puffy foot-stool in matching green silk damask is too darling!

Earth to ANN-those patchwork drapes have gotta go-I KNOW they cost a fortune, they are really patchwork stiched by blind nuns blah blah blah, but they have been uglying up that room for years and you can afford some new curtains. It’s past time to change them. trust me.

Slow Market? Fooey!

At our monthly sales meeting last Wednesday, we were asked to raise our hands if we were involved in a multiple offer deal in March.  I think we were all surprised to see the sea of hands shoot up.  We then looked at sales for March and over asking offers dominated total sales.

April will most likely look a bit different.  I'm so over this weather!  Bring back the sunny Sundays!
