After my first year in real estate, I decided that there were a few things that needed to change. There has to be a more interesting way to reach people than through postcards and direct mail. I'm constantly told, rightfully so, not to recreate the wheel. The real estate business is run by companies who have been doing it for 50 years, including my own company Pacific Union.
