ABOUT NIKKI

I am a Real Estate agent with Pacific Union and I can't believe how lucky I am to work in beautiful San Francisco! I recently made the huge decision to sell my car, so you will find me either on my bike or using City Car Share, which is so exciting and easy! I encourage everyone to go green--it's fun! Note to other agents---send me an email and I will happily share with you how to incorporate City Car Share into your business.

My 4 years of experience includes the sale of single family homes, condos, TICs and multi-unit buildings. I also have a seminar for single women buyers once per quarter called Queen of Your Own Castle. Check my website for upcoming dates.

I consider myself your advocate. I fight for what you want and provide all the information you need to make informed decisions. It is important to me that you feel like YOU made the right decisions every step of the way. Beyond my success, what I am most grateful for is being part of a moment in my clients' life when they decide to stop renting and own a home of their own or move into a new chapter of their lives. The look of accomplishment and hope in their eyes when I hand over the key is priceless.

I'm also deeply in love with this beautiful, creative, hotshot who runs Stamen Design, Eric Rodenbeck without whom none of this would be worth it.

A few very kind words from my clients (thank you!):

"My husband and I just bought our first home. It was a complex situation - a new TIC with 6 units, a flaky sellers' broker, and fractional financing with banks that kept changing the terms halfway through the process. Nikki was totally on top of everything, so I felt confident that all our best options were being fully explored and nothing was falling through the cracks. I'm a detail-oriented person, but Nikki was always several paces ahead of me, making our first-time homebuyer experience as stress-free as possible."

"By chance, I was introduced to Nikki while trying to purchase my first home in San Francisco. Immediately I felt comfortable and at ease with her. When I began searching for my home, I was doing it on my own as a single woman. Nikki was extremely forthcoming and very thorough in explaining the steps and process to me. Further, she let me make the important decisions and really made me feel like she was my partner in the process. I didn't feel any pressure and the overall experience was very positive. Nikki will forever be my real estate agent!"

"Nikki makes buying real estate feel easy!"

"I was very lucky that I found Nikki to assist me during my first time home buying experience. She was always encouraging during the stressful negotiation times and was a great sounding board to really help me to understand the best purchase for this stage in my life. She connected me with all the additional resources I needed, from TIC lawyers to inspectors. I would recommend her to other first time home buyers that are interested in understanding the best way to break into this tough market."

"The best part about working with Nikki was her enthusiastic and confident approach to her work. Not only was she fully versed in the intricacies of our real estate transaction, but she also gave great advice when asked. I like that Nikki loves San Francisco and has a fantastic appreciation of the city's diverse neighborhoods. Nikki is such fun to be with and we continue to be friends long after the deal was done. I give her five stars."

"She has an intense passion for helping people get what they want. Nikki is one of those people you want to believe in you. Her enthusiasm for optimism and abundance spills into everything she’s involved with, and as a result, the people around her grow and succeed in ways they never dreamed.”
